I’m Jessica Hobbs, the Licensed Massage therapist of Sukha Massage. My massage career began when I was burnt out and frustrated working for a Healthcare insurance company. Modern day healthcare seemed like sick-care and I was looking for something else to put my energy into that could help make a difference in people’s lives. Enter Massage!
The health benefits of massage are endless: Reduced muscle tension, improved circulation, relaxation, improved joint mobility, reduced anxiety and reduced depression to name a few. As one of the oldest healing traditions, massage can help treat a variety of ailments. To think that intentional, caring touch can assist in releasing physical pain and discomfort through human connection is magical and true alchemy in my eyes. I am hopeful that massage will be integrated into healthcare in the near future.

60 Minute Massage - $150

60 minutes of customized care tailor-made to your specific needs. Advanced techniques like deep-tissue and trigger point therapy are utilized at no additional cost. The clock begins at the start of the massage, not at the time of arrival, to ensure you get the full treatment. 90 Minute Massage - $200

90 Minute Manual Lymphatic Drainage - $200

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a light modality utilized to stimulate lymph flow and transport lymph from swollen areas to non-swollen areas. Typically used post-op or to treat lymphedema. Shorter treatments available upon inquiry. 90 minutes of customized care tailor-made to your specific needs. The clock begins at the start of the massage, not at the time of arrival, to ensure you get the full treatment. FAQ’s

Do I need to provide anything?

We provide clean fresh sheets, blanket, massage table, massage oil (Organic fractionated Coconut oil unless otherwise specified) and music. We only ask that you provide a space large enough to accommodate a 73"L x 30"W massage table and about 2 ft surrounding areas for the therapist to work. We do an intake pre-massage to address any areas of focus, or questions and concerns. Be sure to inform us of any preferences such as modality, preferred pressure, reasons for massage, health history, scents to avoid, moisturizer preference, music preference, and conversation preference. I love animals and often they like to hang around during sessions which is another perk of the job!

Am I required to wear a mask?

I do not require my clients to wear a face mask during the massage, however you may if you wish too. I continue to wear a face mask during all massages and am fully vaccinated as of February 2021.
